Common questions.
Do the packs expire? +
No. Once you've bought a pack, the hours sit in your account with no expiry. Spread them over your full prep cycle, stop and come back months later, or use them all at once.
Can I use pack hours on Practice Labs? +
Packs are DOO-only — they apply to sessions on the real Cisco hardware racks. Practice Labs are priced separately at $15 per 3-hour block.
How does a 100-hour pack break down? +
20 DOO sessions × 5 hours each = 100 hours. Book them in any cadence — one per week, three per weekend, whatever fits your prep. Each session starts with a restored, pre-configured rack.
Can I buy a pack now and start next month? +
Yes. Pack pricing locks in on purchase. When the monthly deal resets, the next month's pricing may differ, but your pack's hours are yours at the locked rate.
What if I'm enrolled in the training program? +
The CCIE Security full prep program already includes 60 hours of lab credit usable across DOO or Practice. Packs are for students who want more hours on top, or who aren't enrolled in the full program.
Are packs refundable? +
Once a pack is purchased, credits are non-refundable — but they never expire, so there's no pressure to rush. If you haven't started booking sessions and need to change something about your purchase (wrong pack, billing issue), contact support within 7 days and we'll work it out.
How do I pay? +
